ZMC Shop Terms and Conditions Policy
Welcome to ZMC Shop, these terms and conditions outline of sale products available from ZMC Shop, in general. The terms consist of the terms on this page as following:
Prices
We aim to provide our customers with competitive prices on the products we offer. Prior to submitting your order, you will have the opportunity to review product prices and any applicable sales, shipping costs, and handling charges.
Prices, specifications, availability and terms of offers may change without notice. Price protection, price matching or price guarantees do not apply to daily offers, or limited-time promotions.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of items may contain pricing, typography, or photography errors. Correct prices and promotions are validated at the time your order is placed. If an item's correct price is higher than our listed price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. These terms apply only to products sold by shop.zmc-iraq.com.
Personal Use
Products, offers, gift cards, and support acquired by Customer under these Terms are solely for Customer's personal use and not for immediate resale or sub-licensing. ZMC Shop gift cards are not for resale. For your protection, only purchase ZMC Shop gift cards directly from ZMC Shop. We do not guarantee or replace gift cards purchased from other stores or directly from individuals.
Payment and Financing
We accept Discover Network, Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards, ®, PayPal, and ZMC Shop gift cards.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Your payment account will be charged when you place your order. Once placed, your order cannot be changed. If a change is necessary after order placement, we have a limited amount of time (one hour) to cancel and resubmit the order. Your order will begin processing within one hour of being placed. If your order has reached processing status, the order may not be cancellable. For security reasons, we do not allow address changes after an order has been placed.
If you need to cancel your order within that hour, please chat or call our Customer Service team at 0750 888 4440, Saturday through Thursday, 9 am to 5 pm.
Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at ZMC Shop! we offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
- We only return items if they are defective or damaged, or items does not match your order, If you need to return item (items), send us an email at shop@zmc-iraq.com and send your item to one of following addresses:
- 100 M St. beside of Iraq Airways office, opposite Erbil airport, Erbil
- Ziyouna, Service road that leads to Al-Shaab stadium, Baghdad
- Our return policy provides details on what products may be returnable and additional details. The customer is responsible for safe, complete and intact return to ZMC Shop. Please note shop.zmc-iraq.com reserves the right to decline or cancel return requests at any time. In such instances, we provide notification via email to the email address you provided when submitting your order, or may contact you at provided mobile phone number.
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
- Guarantee period for our store is 12 months for defective or damaged items only, misusing is not included in that.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (Note: if the defective item is out of stock, you should choose another alternative product) , send us an email at shop@zmc-iraq.com and send your item to one of these addresses:

- Zayouna, Al-Rubaie St. Baghdad Building, Ground Floor, ZMC Al-Dumah Company, Baghdad
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@zmc-iraq.com
Shipping
- Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to one of the following Addresses:
- Souq Al-Qala'a, Kotri Al-Salam, Sheikh Joly St. Near Kotri Al-Salam Hotel, Erbil
- Zayouna, Al-Rubaie St. Baghdad Building, Ground Floor, ZMC Al-Dumah Company, Baghdad
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund in case package was on way.
- Depending on where you resident, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- Please see, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- For your protection, a signature is required for most deliveries. We do not allow address changes after an order has been accepted.
- Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond ZMC Shop's control once it leaves our warehouses, ZMC Shop is not liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery and communicate delays in shipment as we become aware of delays.
- As ZMC takes care of the fulfillment and shipping of the products you purchase on the ZMC Shop, the risk of loss of, or damage to, product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). Title in the product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is picked up by the carrier from our warehouse. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact ZMC Shop Customer Service to resolve. All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery or of the last scan of the package tracking. After that period, claims received after this time may be denied by ZMC Shop.
- If the shipping box appears damaged from the outside at the moment the shipment is delivered, you have the right to refuse the shipment. Please have the deliverer/driver note the nature and extent of the damage on the shipping receipt. The carrier will return the shipment to ZMC Shop. Contact ZMC Shop Customer Service (over the phone, chat or through email) immediately to inform us.
- If you sign for delivery receipt, but later determine that the product is cosmetically damaged (scrapes, dents, etc.) or operationally damaged (the system will not work) in shipping, take digital photographs of the damaged product and the inside and outside of the box it was received in. Contact ZMC Shop Customer Service immediately and provide documentation of the damage in detail. All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. Claims received after this time may be denied by ZMC Shop.
